Morning Sessions

Engaging in morning workouts is your all-natural cup of coffee. Wake up your body and prepare your mind. Movement can be a tremendous source of energy, something many of need when we start our day. But beyond that, morning exercise has been shown to improve focus and mental abilities all day long. Not only will you feel awake and have more energy after your workout, but your mind will be ready to take on whatever tasks you have lined up that day. Some research has measured the effectiveness of exercise to “wake up” the mind, and the results show that it does a better job than coffee!

Afternoon Sessions

Afternoon Advantages. Plenty of people tout the benefits of early morning sweat sessions, but if you can't fit in a workout before noon, don't sweat it. ... Body temperature typically increases throughout the day, so muscle strength and endurance may peak in the late afternoon, when body temperature is highest.

Open mats means you can pay to use any of the matt/rooms and equipment that are not being used by  a class.

7.00 - 8.00 am  Muay Thai

Early bird muay thai session. Great way to improve your coordination, fitness, strength and skill.  Great for beginners

10.00 - 11 .00 am  Functional Fitness

Mid morning functional fitness. Get into the best shape of your life with functional muscles.

12.15 - 1.15 noon    Boxing

Start you Monday afternoon with a bang, lions watford afternoon boxing is great for beginners to learn basic and adjusted for the more  experience practitioners.
