Little Lions

This class is designed specifically for 3-6 year olds.  Introduces them the martial arts in a fun yet practical way.


Childrens Classes

Learn age appropriate Muay thai for children, self esteem, confidence, challenging, competitive edge and drive, Set a route for sport that will last a life time.   Competitions optional.  

Walk with the pride

This is a youth initiative scheme  - designed for 13-16 year olds.  Includes unlimited training in return for a commitment to a minimum of 2 hours a week life and sports coaching every week.  The next programme begins in October.

Family classes

Family sessions allow children and adults to train together in the same class. With the hustle and bustle of today’s society, These sessions give the whole family unit an opportunity to be together in a positive environment. Most importantly, spending quality time together and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Adults Muay Thai Classes

With 5 different Muay thai instructors, teaching varied form of muay thai from recreational, fun hobby, great emphasis on fitness and technique to classes designed for people who want to test themselves in the ring.  Adults sessions are for 14 year plus. 

Ladies Only Class

Ladies only session.  Learn Muay Thai and Kickboxing with other like-minded women ....
